We will get to know you and map the anxious thoughts that are spinning out, repeating, or keeping you up at night, with all the discomfort that accompanies them. We also want to know what you’ve tried, what’s worked and what hasn’t. We get to know you on a human level and find strategies that make sense for you. This is no cookie cutter approach.
