We do things a little differently around here. With an expansive toolkit of therapy approaches and years of experience, we first to get to know you and let the therapy support what you need at the moment. We can share about why we’re having certain conversations or using a specific method if you want, and you always have space to share what is working and what isn’t.
This is a journey of self-discovery, healing, and finding balance. At this point in your life you’ve been coping for a long time. Ultimately that is proof that something is already working! It’s just a matter of discovering what that is, amplifying it, and building on it. You already know what you need, but you need help to see it and a plan to implement it - making it work for you over and over.
“Thank you so much for helping my daughter deal with her anxiety. Prior to coming to you, she was so afraid of change. You've given us the tools we needed to manage her anxiety and I am so proud and happy with how far we have all come. Thank you so much! You have improved all of our lives.”

“Chana was there for me at my most vulnerable, as a new first-time mom, and helped me through postpartum anxiety. Allowing me to stop being scared all the time and start actually enjoying time with my new son. My experience with Chana has freed me from anxiety issues that I have been living with for a long time. Thanks to Chana and my son, I now have a sense of relief about the future in a way I never expected.”

“When I first came to Chana I was struggling with postpartum depression. She listened compassionately and made me feel like I was not alone. She helped me learn tools to take better care of myself and improve my relationships so that I feel better and have more confidence as a mom.”

Therapy is a process that uses a person’s thoughts, behaviors, and insights to create change. There are many modalities and techniques to support you on this journey. Here we care most about what works best for you, not a specific therapy. Our innovative approach is collaborative, conversational, and individualized for you. This is why we encourage you to be an active participant in your sessions and have a say in what’s working and what’s not, every step of the way.
